Rootkit on Vista

A lot of antiviruses have rootkit detection on Vista.
Anybody know if this version of KIS 220.127.116.114 is detecting rootkits on Vista? At proactive detection doesn't appear rootkit detection.

For those rootkits for that KIS doesn't have a specific signature and are already installed in the system?
the regular scanner still detects rootkits, also because of how vista works it;s a bit harder for rootkits to work.
For instance Nod32 use an antistealth detection and can remove the threat from system. Do you know if KIS has this possibility?
