There is an ATM machine in the hotel by which you can change rubles. The exchange rate today is 1 USD = 30.40 Rubles.

Are EURO accepted, too?

Unfortunately I also can't take part. To all participants: have a nice time in moscow.
And for the organizers: good luck, there is certainly much to do.

Wow - I'm happy not that I live in the EU and not in the USA - because:
1 Euro = 45,4663 Rubel
1 US-Dollar = 31,9443 Rubel

Yes, they are, although I'm not sure about the exchange rate.

Schulte and Jowi, thank you. You have a good time, too.

I arrived in Moscow on Wednesday at 3 PM. Panfil and Dennis pick up me and my party (I am traveling with my Mom and Dad, who are paying all of their expenses) then me, mom, dad and AHS0 took the Metro from Rizhskaya to Biblioteka Lenin and walked around Red Square and environs for a few hours, taking in all of the awesome sites.

I hope all is going well for everyone on the trip, you all arrived safely and are booked in.

While I did not make it, we have to be thankful the company gave us an opportunity to take part in the event.

Hope you all have a great time. smile.gif
