Good Evening,

Lets make a split in forum sections. What do you suggest?
Let us know, so we can reserve moderator spots. You must be known in main KL forums :)

What do I suggest? Well...
1. Kaspersky issues (something about K products issues, or general questions, ones that do not need official support)
2. Advices (about whatever you want to add)
3. Life talk
Whatever you want...
Regards,
Michael

Due to the fact that i can not understand the russian language i would like to get some information about whats going on in the russian section. :)
For example here. I tried online-translation but still have no idea what they are talking about.

So, it would be nice if we could get some informations here. :(

Basically a public thanks for E.K. for people who are constantly helping out on forums and do not get discouraged that he does not always reply as the topics in question were already raised before.

2. Leisure topics: music, movies, books, games, sports
3. Learning areas: computer skills, foreign languages, etc.
4. Solemn topics: life, philosophy, jobs, family, friendship, love, etc.

1- shouldn't that remain on the official forum
2,3,4 agree, but keep philosophy to a minimum (it can create flames, the same as politics or religion).
Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 @ 2,2GHz, Msi Asus P5PL2-E, 2048MB-DDR2 (2*1024), Leadtek PX6600 256MB, Teac DV-W516GA, Leadtek tv2000 xp Expert, HDD 200GB*2 (sata/sata2)

Yes, leave the first to the official forum.

Since we come from very diversified backgrounds and cultures, I guess it might be useful to approach life from different philosophical aspects. Yes, we should keep it to a certain extent to avoid flames. Politics is the last topic I want to talk about here. And don't talk about religion with me, as any religion-related topic might leads to disputes. :)

Philosophy...not many will want to talk about that, but hey, it's fine with me :)
Second, I am thinking of a reduced area about computers, as this shouldn't become such a big computer fan base, it should be more about the fans and the people, rather than computers.

OK, I hereby make the following suggestion:

1. Leisure topics: music, movies, books, games, sports
2. Learning areas: computer skills, foreign languages, or anything of an educational nature.
3. Solemn topics: life, jobs, family, friendship, love, etc.

I think, that we should copy all forums from Russian part:

General
Kaspersky help
Life of Fan Club
History of Fan Club
Conversations

-------------------------------------

Go with something similar as mentiond, might drop one and Fan Club as one. Have it more social for the members. The "Conversation" forum being the Pub/Chat forum. :)

By the way, we need some administrators/modarators for english forums and blogs. Is anybody ready to take these positions?

If there are problems to find some moderators i would be proud to be one. But i am not a native speaker, i am from germany, so this might be not a very good idea. :)

I'd give it a go too, but not sure how it would work out, seeing as I only speak Australian. :)

Also, being as I'm only a home user, and not being into computing in a professional sense, my knowledge may be lacking for the role.
