So nothing is opening when you play your regular music or radio?

I don't download music, but I have a few samples someone sent me to use as background music for a website. They are .wav files and normally would play in Windows Media Player. Since re-setting this computer last September, WMP hasn't been configured properly. When I attempt to play any one of those files, I get the 'Welcome to Series 9' message. :D I just haven't got round to sorting that out.

Real Player is installed, but I just tell it to not associate with any files other than its own and not be the default player.

Watching streaming videos/music on the web works in either player, which is often embedded on the web page.

TTPlayer, a Chinese one. I don't use other players for music.
