Microsoft C++ Debugg Library Problem

I am encountering Microsoft C++ Debugg Library problem every time while do0wnloading by Flashget. Screenshot is given as an attachment. It comes and my downloads stop at the moment. If I press Abort/Retry or Ignore, Flashget exits. I hv 2 start my flashget again and again the dialogue box comes...
It's repeating...and repeating...Need help.

It is happening for other download managers also. I tried IDM, Getright..but same problem.

What if you don't use a download manager?

1) do you use kaspersky?
2) which os version?
3) try reinstalling the vc 2005 redistributives: http://www.microsoft...;displaylang=en for 32 bits
Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 @ 2,2GHz, Msi Asus P5PL2-E, 2048MB-DDR2 (2*1024), Leadtek PX6600 256MB, Teac DV-W516GA, Leadtek tv2000 xp Expert, HDD 200GB*2 (sata/sata2)

I dont think so....that it will help if i upgrade to .621. However, can u tell me any good forum name thr can i get help? I joined two forums recently and posted the prob. But still no reply! If u ppl know an active forum like Kaspersky official forum (this forum is really great, any 1 can find his answer less than 10 mins! Amazing) for this, it ll be great.

Yes i downloaded that one and instyalled. But prob not fixed. I m gonna downloading this one also.

This idiot Debug window is coming for Internet explorer also. :D

something's wrong on your pc. looks like the issues are with the visual 2005 distributives. your best chance would be to call microsoft support if it hapepns with every program
