How to integrate several PDF files as a single file? Any recommended softwares?

use adobe acrobat (not the reader)
also the pdf files mstn't be protected (some are read only and access to copy/paste from them is allowed through a password)

Adobe Acrobat -> File -> Combine files.
Or you haven't got Acrobat and want to do it with any thirdparty software?

Another issue that i was thinking about PDF are the PDF attachments. They can very well be anything you want. I wonder if KAV is able to scan the attachments in an PDF as sort of archive?

probably not, pdf's are proprietary formats.

You can try Foxit Reader as well. A simple but very effective tool
